Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious but felt a bit basic, and the dining options left much to be desired. The pool area is fantastic for families, making it a fun spot for kids, but the additional charges for pool access were frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place if you're not looking for luxury, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
The resort offers a range of facilities and activities that can be enjoyable for families, especially with the swimming pools and slides that my kids loved. However, the overall maintenance and housekeeping leave a lot to be desired, with cleanliness issues in the rooms and additional charges for basic amenities. It’s not ideal if you’re looking for a well-maintained hotel experience.
I booked a weekend getaway with my family, and while the resort offers great facilities for kids, there were several downsides. The pool was a hit with my children, but customer service and the dining options left a lot to be desired. The issues with check-out and room cleanliness were disappointing, especially when you expect a certain level of service at family-friendly resorts.
This resort is a decent spot for families with kids, especially for those between 3 to 10 years old, with great activities like the kid's room and pool. However, the rooms are only average, and I had a poor experience during breakfast with limited food options. The location is good if you want to avoid the hustle of Melaka town, but it's a bit far from Jonker Street. Overall, it has potential but needs improvements, especially with the dining experience.
